Welcome to Sarah Quine Alchemy a lifestyle jewellery brand handmade in Hobart. I design and create bespoke items that come from ethical practices for the more discerning wearer. I want to create items that spark joy, encourage a more thoughtful life and become tomorrow’s heirloom pieces with today’s story.

I encourage my wearers to be rebels. Rebel against fast fashion, rebel against fitting in with the status quo and rebel against the belief that our Earth is a disposable commodity.

I also encourage a slow life, enhanced with the Earth’s beautiful gifts, remembering where they came from and creating a deeper connection with both the Earth and ourselves. My aim is to leave the Earth as I find it, if not better. This means I endeavour to use recycled metals, fossick for my own gems and stones, and use ethical sources for buying gems. I use environmentally friendly solutions in my studio and am currently looking for a charity to work with and support.
